Tree Inventory (2014, updated in 2017/2018)

An inventory of all trees in the park (arboretum and wooded area) was conducted by Robert Wells, a licensed arborist in NJ, in the spring of 2014 at the request of the Marquand Park Foundation. Each tree was identified by its common and scientific name, and its size, condition, and location in the park recorded. The numbers on metal round tags on trees in the wooded area of the park correspond to the ID numbers in the inventory.
